Instruments: MTSW

Description The MTSW includes all the tools to create and debug a Test Program as well as collect and analyse the test data results:
Test Program Tool allows to simply create a test program using tabbed wizard style interface.

Some examples: Device definition Tab:
The user can create devices Signals, Buses and specify type and differential mode. This tab is also used to define signals groups.

Levels Tab:
The user creates the device levels, easily by selecting it's levels type from a drop-down menu with all common devices levels (LVTTL, HSTL, LVCMOS 18/25/33, STTL2...)
The table is then automatically filled in with values corresponding to pin types (I, O, IO)
By using this tab the user can install, run and debug the test program

Run Tab:
