Instruments: MTGPLS

Description MTGPLS is for applications requiring fast and accurate clock and pattern generation. Internal pattern generator allows for one click pulse, clock and up to 240 PRBS generation. When more complex or proprietary sequence is required, the wide pattern memory allows for any waveform to be generated.
Fast transition time, low jitter and wide voltage range makes the MTGPLS ideal for device or system test and characterization. Its “disable on the fly” feature allows for Out Of Band signaling permitting SATA, PCIe generation.
Dedicated TRIG input and output offers multiple way of synchronization while accurate Sync bus allows more complex Start/Stop conditions for DUT testing. The instrument setup is quickly performed trough the USB or LAN interface.
The instrument uses its internal clock reference or can be feed with and external clock reference for isochronous setup.
