Description The MT800 is a full ATE machine running at up to 800Mbps with no compromise. The system has been designed to test complex SOC and memory devices used today ,widely, in the consumer market.

With its very compact form factor , its very low power consumption the MT800 is positioned to be the lowest Cost Of Test in the ATE world today.

The MT800 can accommodate any of the MuTest instruments portfolio in any slot.
It can be configured in a 14 slots rack or in a 28 slots rack for higher pin count system.

MT800 use same instrument and same SW as the MT800DV.

Also, this Zero foot print equipment has all the necessary mechanical and electrical interfaces to dock with probers and handlers in production.
